414 Scraper
The 414 is available as a single unit or can be pulled in tandem. The smallest of the ICON Earthmover line, it was designed with the contractor in mind, making the 414 a compact and extremely durable scraper to work behind a large front wheel assist tractor, or a smaller four wheel/track tractor. Two 23.5X25 tires are standard with a 26.5X25 tire option. Brakes are also optional.
The 414 is rear lowering with two 5X22 inch cylinders and the gate is controlled by a 6X22 inch cylinder. The 414 is a fixed hinge bit with a roll out eject using a 4X50 inch cylinder. The machine is equipped with ½ inch hydraulic hoses. Hydraulic operation is two-valve syncro-sequencing.
The 414 weighs 20,600 lbs. Empty and can be shipped two per truck. The machine has a 10 ft. cut and a narrow transport overall width of 10 ft. 11 inches. The length is 27 ft. 6 inches. Overall height is 7 ft. 3 inches and has a max capacity of 14 cubic yards. The 414 utilizes double wall construction on the sides with 80,000 yield and T-1 high tensile steel where extra strength is required. Reversible cutting bits are standard along with an operators’ site gauge.
As with all ICON Scrapers, the machine is delivered from the factory fully assembled with lube and hydraulic oil, ready for the job site.
819 Scraper
The 819 is standard with the heavy cast 360 swivel Quickhitch. Also standard are hydraulically operated disc brakes. There are two 29.5X25 tires on the rear of the scraper with 3 ½” axles.
The 819 is front lowering with two 5 ½” inch cylinders and the gate is controlled by a 6X22 inch cylinder. Eject is a 5X40 inch hydraulic cylinder. The 819 is equipped with ¾ inch hydraulic hoses. Hydraulic operation is two valve syncro-sequencing.
The 819 weighs 27,500 lbs. empty . The machine has a 10 ft. cut and a narrow transport overall width of 10 ft. 11 inches. The length is 30 ft. 6 inches; overall height is 7 ft. 5 inches with a max capacity of 19 cubic yards.
The 819 utilizes double wall construction on the sides with 80,000 yield and T-1 high tensile steel where extra strength is required. Reversible cutting bits are standard. An operator site gauge is on the center of the hitch of each scraper.
